In our countty, because of the different purposes of legislation, there are two different capital systems in practice:company with limited liability with Chinese and foreign investment and company with limited liability with Chinese investment. Only distinguishing the differences between the two capital systems can we give play to the favourable conditions and avoid unfavurable ones. In practice, we should combine their advantages and harmonize them legally to give the legal guarantee for Chinese modern enterprise system in the new situation.
