Abstract

This paper introduces the significance of studying rural land circulation system,expounds the policies and measures adopted by the western capitalist countries in promoting rural land circulation,analyzes some factors restraining China's rural land circulation,and puts forward some objective problems that must be firstly solved in establishing and perfecting rural land circulation system in China and main realization methods.
