Abstract
PCT nanocrystalline powders were successfully prepared by sol-gel method, using lead acetate trihydrate, caclium nitrate and tetra-n-butyl titanate as raw materials. The structure of the nanocrystalline powders were characterized by XRD,FTIR,DTA,TG,and TEM.The results show that the PCT nanocrystalline powders are spherical and nonaggregated. The grain size is between 30 nm and 50nm.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
