Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between body mass indes(BMI)and blood pressure(BP)of young people aged 18~35 years old. Methods BMI and BP of 107 people aged 18~35 years old were measured.According to BMI,they were divided into three groups:normal's,overweight's and obesity's.Correlative analysis between BMI and BP was done. Results Relationship between BMI and BP was positively related.BP was significantly different within three groups(P0.05)and increased in accordace with BMI.Conclusion Relationship between BMI and BP is positively correlative in young people aged 18~35.BMI can be one of monitor indexes of hypertension in early time.
