The knowledge economy almost provides challenge for every career.As far as library is concerned, how to develop ourselves by means of modem technology condition in former basse is the new problem in the face of ourselves.The following passage expounds the factual functions of library in knowledge economy from information, network,integrated qualification and new idea.
