Abstract

The paper analyses the superiority of the third party logistics service;from the qualitative point of view of principle and approach,how to put the process of choices into practice is expounded;and in quantitative way,discusses how to make use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and the Linear Programming (LP) methods to establish the model.At last,it gives an example to demonstrate particularly the way for the integrator of the logistics service choosing suitable suppliers,which has proved the validity and the practicability of the model.
