Nowadays, the logistics industry is developing rapidly, and becoming more perfect, therefore, more and more enterprises are facing the new decision in developing and growing: whether or not to entrust their internal logistics business to the professional third-party logistics companies.So it is necessary to build a scientific and effective evaluation system to solve this problem.In this paper, based on the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting this decision, the evaluation index system of decision-making for the third-party logistics is constructed by using AHP, and experts are invited to mark the indexes for comprehensive evaluation to help enterprises effectively solve this decision-making problem.
