Abstract
On the basis of previous research work, an improved processing technology for catalytic cracking was established. The new technology has some fundamental modifications in the reaction control mode in order to gain the better FCC product distribution and higher product quality. The analysis on experimental data shows that the new technology for two stage riser is effective for improving the quality of the product. Compared with the gasoline produced by the first stage reaction, the olefin content and the octane number of the final gasoline were remarkably reduced by 10 percentage point and increased by 2~6 respectively. The stability and anti knock quality of gasloine was also improved greatly.
