Three imperatives in reviving Old Industrial Base of the Northeast China

Revival of the Old Industrial Base and that of Agricultural Base can be likened to two wheels of a vehicle or two wings of a bird, i.e., one cannot do without another. Revival of Old Industrial Base of the Northeast China requires cooperation of the three provinces in the Northeast China, so as to become mutual beneficial. Revival of Old Industrial Base of the Northeast China requires development of the fourth industry (green industry), so as to promote and achieve circulative economy and sustainable development.
