Analysis of the Later Qing Dynasty's Political Deterioration from the Perspective of Political Culture

The political legitimacy of the later Qing Dynasty,in the modernization process of China,was on the decline.The institutional arrangements caused the overall system to form Dille Kime's social capital,which generally created the trust in his member,but caused the members of different social classes to be filled with doubts and anxieties and eroded the functions of the political system process of the Qing court,that is,the interest expression of the political system,the interest integration and political decision-making.And it deepened the political deterioration of the Qing government.
