Sketch Plan of Rapid Green Public Transportation System in Xiamen City:An Application Feasibility Study of Metrobus System in Xianmen City

Metrobus is a new type of public transport system combining characteristics ofother public transportation modes. It is not only in possession of large-capacity and character-istics of rapid rail transport system, but also has features of flexibility and convenience frombuses. While considering Xiamen city traffic flow and layout, and characteristics of Metrobussystem, a sketch plan of rapid green public transportation system is put forward. Furthermore,a preliminary plan of the rapid public transport network is also proposed.
