On the Effectiveness of the Courses of Ideological and Political Theories Teaching in Colleges under the Context of the Scientific Outlook on Development

The scientific outlook on development,as the latest theoretical achievement of Marxism in China,is also the guideline and scientific methodology to strengthen and improve ideological and political education for college students.In order to achieve the purpose of improving the effectiveness of teaching,it should be guided by the scientific outlook on development and reform the courses of ideological and political theories teaching in college;beside,the following aspects also must be done: abiding by objective laws to achieve scientific development;grasping the needs of students to achieve the target;persisting the people-oriented and exerting the students main body function;enhancing the quality of teachers to demonstrate a good image;innovating teaching methods and paying a great attention to teaching art;strengthening the practical teaching to achieve the unity of knowledge and action;co-coordinating both inside and outside classroom activities to form a complementary of advantages.
