Abstract

Combined with the application of new distillation technologies in the practical utilization,several energy-saving technologies were discussed in this paper,including the optimization of the distillation process design,thermally coupled distillation process,heat pump distillation,differential pressure distillation,and new technology which can produce steam by the waste heat of the condenser.Those energy-saving effect are all remarkable.As to the distillation process of high viscosity,high freezing point materials,in which there are too much distillation residues,a self-cleaning,biaxial mixing reboiler was successfully developed,and some hot-film experiments had also been done with it.TDI and MDBE in the residues were totally recycled by the experiment and whether the solid or high viscosity heavy components from TDI or MDBE were all flowed out from the equipment,thus laying a solid foundation for further promoting the application of the technology.The residue emissions of the petroleum,chemical and other industries will be expectedly reduced by more than fifty percent.
