Abstract
High efficiency and energy saving distillation processes reduce the energy consumption by optimizing the process construction and using reasonably the condensing lalent heat of vapor leaving from the top of the distillation tower.Energy-saving distillation proces- ses were researched systematically,and the characters of heat pump distillation,multi-effect distillation and thermally coupled distil- lation were analyzed emphatically.The optimum simulation and analysis system for the energy-saving distillation processes were estab- lished.The simulating results show that the energy saving rate of heat pump distillation is above 80%,while multi-effect distillation is above 40% and thermally coupled distillation is above 20%,which apply design basis and friendly platform for industrial design and application.
