Abstract

Through a small range of research, this article gets to understand how the tutors in science-engineering colleges choose and manage postgraduates, and how they do their teaching and research. It briefly analyzes the situations and problems in the questionnaire. Colleges and our society should realize the necessity of tutors' management of postgraduates and recognize their important role in the education of postgraduates.
