Abstract
Common crime of insurance fraud involves various concrete forms such as special subject internal,mutual combination of special subject and insurance-related personnel,special subject and non-insurance related personnel.For common crime of insurance fraud combined by these different subjects,there are different methods of treatment and identity.Especially in Lapping of Legal Provisions which comes to the crime of insurance fraud,each of the main guilt of specifically identified is even more complicated.
