Abstract

Insurance fraud crime becomes more and more complex,and insurance fraud can be done by the Policy-holder,insurant,beneficiary and other main bodies.While the main body ranges of insurance fraud crime are too narrow in the criminal law.These can make a series of problems in theory and practice.We should abandon the legislative mode of special main body and establish the legislative mode of common main body.
