Abstract

Objective To analyze values of the measurement of serum tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with lung cancers admitted to our hospital from the February 2011 to June 2013 were selected as the study group and analyzed retrospectively,80 cases with benign lung disease as benign control group, and 40 healthy people as healthy control group. serum tumor markers CYFRA21-1,NSE,CA125 and CEA were measured and compared. Results Four serum tumor markers in the study group was significantly higher than the level of detection of benign group and healthy group, the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05); The highest expression level of CYFRA21-1,NSE,CEA in lung squamous cell carcinoma, small cell lung cancer and pancreas cancer respectively was significantly different from other types of cancer( P 0. 05). CA125 showed no difference( P 0. 05). The sensitivity of combined detection of four serum tumor markers was significantly higher than that of single detection( P 0. 05). Conclusion Serum tumor markers CYFRA21-1,NSE,CA125 and CEA determination for auxiliary diagnosis of lung cancer has important clinical value. The combined detection owns higher sensitivity and larger secondary value.
