Abstract
The immunogen ENR-BSA (enrofloxacin-bovine serum albumin) and the coating antigen ENR-OVA (enrofloxacin-ovalbumin) were synthesized by the N-Hydroxysuccinimide active ester method. These artificial antigens were identified by the UV absorption method and the animal immunization test, which showed that they were successfully synthesized. The successful synthesis of enrofloxacin artificial antigens makes it possible to establish immunoassay of enrofloxacin.
