The Necessity and Feasibility of Coordination of Regional Legislation in China

Coordination of regional legislation means communication and coordination,among all legislative bodies,about how to regulate the common matters or social relationships that need adjusting together,in order to assure regional coordination and effective application of legislative results(normative legal documents).It requires coordination of regional legislation to perfect the legislative body,and is also one of optional mechanisms to relieve legislative conflicts.Coordination of regional legislation is necessary to promote regional development and the development of regional economic and society.Nowadays,coordination of regional legislation is regarded feasible in terms of theory,practice and institutional aspect.
