Detection of the Compose of ANA in Diagnosis of Autoimmune Diseases

Objective To disscuss detation of the compose of antinuclear antibody(ANA):ANA,anti-ENA antibody,anti-dsDNA antibody in diagnosis of autoimmune diseases.Methods immunofluorescence was avvlied to detect ANA.Anti-ENA antibody was tested by immunoblotting technique.anti-dsDNA antibody was examined by dot-immunobinding technique.Results The positive rate of ANA in SLE,RA,AIH,ATP,SS,GN,PSS was 92.6 %,33.3 %,62.5 %,50.0 %,80.0 %,20.0 %,75.0 %.It is obvious higher than 4.0 % of normal.The positive rate of anti-dsDNA antibodies in SLE was 74.0 %,the specificity is 95.0 %.It was important for anti-ENA antibodies to detect which disease.And the specificity of anti-Sm for SLE,anti-Scl-70 for PSS was 100.0 %.Conclusion ANA is a important antibodies for self-immumological disease.Itcould use for firstly filtrate index.Anti-ENA antibodies could be use for detect which disease.Anti-ds DNA antibodies could be use for cure and survey index for SLE.
