On Administrative Assistance System

Administrative assistance is an important system in administrative procedural law, while there has not been legislation about it in China to stipulate it thoroughly. At present, research on administrative assistance is on the way in the academic circles, so the opinions are not too mature, the scope and profundity of such research is expected to be further improved. Based on the above, this article tries to give it an initial exploration from such aspects as the meaning, the subject, the condition, the procedure, the expense and the responsibilities of the administrative assistance and the realization of the redressing.
