Abstract
Administrative assistance system is one of the most concerns in administrative procedure legislation in many countries and areas, in that the administrative assistance is able to overcome the bureaucratism inhered in hierarchy of the sections, to improve administrative efficiency and thus to utilize the function of the government as a whole. With abundant contents, the administrative assistance system has been an important part of the drafting of administrative procedure act in China. But a sound and system needs much research on relevant regulations drawn from the lessons of other countries and areas.
