Analysis of Pesticide Residues in Vegetables and Its Control Measures

The main sources and types of pesticide residues in vegetables at present were introduced;the harm of pesticide residues in vegetables on human,animal and environment was discussed;the fundamental reasons for pesticide residues in vegetables over standard were analyzed;the control measures for lowering pesticide residues were proposed to enhance level of quality and safety of agricultural products.
