The morphological characters of pattern C and pattern A endometrium

Objective:To observe the morphological characters of pattern C and pattern A endometrium.Methods:10 samples of pattern C and pattern A endometriums in natural cycle LH (++) days were chose.Organically morphological variation was observed and analyzed by organic morphology method and pictural analysis technology. Meanwhile,the pinopodes' characters of endometrium were observed.Results:①The characters of organic morphology:the glandular lumen of pattern C endometrium with empty bubbles slightly enlarged,the glandular lumen of pattern A endometrium obviously enlarged,and secretion was thrive in gland lumen. The ration analytic index of two groups of endometrium organised structures was different (P0.05). ②Under SEM:by 120 times observation,the facial development of pattern C endometrium was frown and the development was weaker than that of pattem A endometrium; Under 2 500 times,the development of the pattern C endometrium's pinopodes was later than that of pattern C endometrium.Conclusion:The development of pattern C endometrium and endometrium's pinopodes are later than those of pattern C endometrium during window of the implantation at follicular phase.
