Abstract
Ion nitriding of 17-4PH stainless steel is investigated. The results show that the surface hardness of nitrided case is up to 1324 HV0.1,the nitrided depth is 0.12 mm,and the substrate hardness reaches 38.3 HRC for 17-4PH stainless steel when nitriding temperature is 500 ℃ and the ratio of nitrogen to hydrogen is 1:3.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
