Abstract
Based on the analysis of information on seismic geology, earthquake precursor and seismic sequence of the area,we found that Napo MS 4.3 earquake on July 25,1995 occurred at Delong-Xiahua fault in NE direction. The macroscopical epicenter was in Guinong mountain in Napo county. The mechanism solution shows that the nodal planeⅠis the main rupture plane of this earthquake. Its direction is NE, alike Delong-Xiahua fault. We did not find precursor anomalies before the earthquake occurred because there were few seismic observatories near the epicenter, and could not distinguish abnormity because the information was affected by Beibu Gulf MS 6.1?6.2 earthquakes, but found some macroscopical abnormity after the event occurred.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
