The Study on Integration of Tourism Education Resources

Currently,there are three main problems existing in the distribution of tourism education resources in Zhejiang Province.Firstly,the tourism education resources cannot cater to the fast development of tourism industry of Zhejiang Province;secondly,tourism education resources distribute imbalanced in different regions;thirdly,the supply of tourism talents contradicts with its requirement structurally.Therefore,when the government cannot supply enough fund on it,we can settle these problems only by integrating all kinds of tourism education resources,which shall include three aspects: firstly,the aim of this integration is to restructure the tourism education;secondly,by transferring the operation organism to enforce and realize the multi-investment and the Multi-principal Part in Running Schools;and lastly we can use ways of combination and co-operative education to realize integration.
