Abstract

The reactive dyes for wool and neutral fixation reaction reactive dyes were applied to dyeing wool/cotton mixture by one-bath process. The dyeing performance of reactive dyes for wool and neutral fixation reaction reactive dyes on wool and cotton, the effects of the dosage of dyes, sodium chloride,pH value and dyeing temperature on union dyeing of dyed wool/cotton fabric by one-bath process were analyzed. The color fastness of dyed wool/cotton blended fabrics were also investigated. It was found that when the Argazol yellow NF-GR was 4%(owf) and wool with reactive brilliant yellow R was 0.1%(owf),the Argazol blue NF-BG was 4%(owf) and wool with reactive brilliant blue 4R was 0.45%(owf),the dosage of NaCl for 80 g/L,pH value 7,dyeing at 98 ℃ for 60 min,the wool and cotton fabric reached good union dyeing effect.
