Abstract
The neutral fixation reactive dyes were applied to dyeing wool/cotton mixture by one-bath process. The dyeing performance of neutral fixation reactive dyes on wool and cotton, the effects of dyeing temperature,pH value and dosage of sodium chloride on union dyeing of dyed wool and cotton fabric were analyzed. The color fastness of dyed wool/cotton blended fabrics were also investigated. It was found that when the neutral fixation reactive dyes was 0.5%(owf),dyeing at 95 ℃,pH value 5 for 60 min,the wool and cotton fabric reached good union dyeing effect, when the neutral fixation reactive dyes was 3%(owf),added a little of acid dyes, dyeing at 95 ℃,pH value 5 for 60 min,the wool and cotton fabric also reached good union dyeing effect.
