Abstract

Objective It is to explore the function of anomal-dynamics of gallbladder during the formulation course of gallstone. Methods 35 cases of patients with gallstone were chosen as group A,and 25 cases with gallbladder polypi as group B,and 30 cases of healthy people accepted heath examination as group C.The volume of gallbladder was detected by B-ultrasound.The content of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) in plasma was determined by radio-immunity method.Results Compared with the other two groups,the volume of gallbladder on an empty stomach was bigger and the contractility rate of gallbladder was lower in group A(P all0.05).There was no significant difference in increasing quantity of postprandial VIP among the three groups(P0.05).Conclusion The increasing volume of gallbladder on an empty stomach and its weakening contractile function are related with the formation of gallstone,but VIP has nothing to do with the formation.
