Abstract
Objective: To analyze some rehabilitation training measures in the clinical application of acute phase stroke patients with dysphagia, and provide practical guidance for clinical treatment. Methods: 45 cases of acute phase stroke patients with dysphagia treated in our hospital from May,2010 to April,2011 were severed as control group. 45 cases of the acute phase stroke patients with dysphagia treated in our school from May,2011 to April,2012 were used as study group. Both the routine care and symptomatic treatment were conducted in two group, but the rehabilitation training was used in study group in addition. After four weeks of treatment, clinical efficacy and swallowing function were compared between the two groups. Results: In study group 28 cases showed prominent effectiveness,2 cases were ineffective, the total clinical effective rate being 95. 6%. In control group 18 showed marked effectiveness, and 14 cases were ineffective, the total clinical effective rate being 68. 9%. There was significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 05). The swallowing function of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant( Z = 6. 099,P 0. 05). Nursing satisfaction was 95. 6%,77. 8% in control group, the difference being statistically significant( P 0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation training system can improve the swallowing function, reduce food countercurrent and the risk of aspiration, and thus obtain satisfactory clinical effect.
