Abstract
Objective To observe the early rehabilitation of dysphagia after acute stroke and evaluate recovery effects. Methods Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups. The 30 cases in control group underwent the traditional method of routine care, while the 30 cases in experimental group underwent early rehabilitation nursing. Results After 4 weeks of rehabilitation training, the scores in experimental group and control group were(6.81±0.25) and(4.62±0.37) respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups(t=4.92,P0.05).In experimental group,14 cases recovered,7 cases obviously improved,6 cases improved and 3 cases were invalid, with efficient power as 90%.In control group,6 cases recovered,8 cases obviously improved,7 cases improved and 9 cases were invalid, with efficient power as 70%.There was significant difference between the two groups(χ2=20.397,P0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation training for dysphagia in stroke patients can help to restore swallowing function and reduce complications.
