Abstract
In present article, there are two positive standard salmonella bacteria, two positive sample about chicken and a sample of aseptic water. This samples are detected with fluorescence polymerase chain reaction. The results showed: The method is efficient and accurate.Furthermore,it took only 30 hours for whole PCR process. It is concluded that PCR is a specific, sensitive, rapid, simple and convenient method for detection of salmonella. It may have great values for the entry-exit inspection and quarantine.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
