Abstract
Objective To research a rapid detection technique for Salmonella,to analysis the application of Polymerase Chain Reaction used to detect the Salmonella. Methods Use Polymerase Chain Reaction to detect Salmonella bacteria and non-Salmonella bacteria detected by traditional method, specificity, sensitivity, stability were compared. Results The detection time detected Salmonella by PCR is shorter than detected by traditional method, stability, specificity, sensitivity were better than traditional method to detect Salmonella,There were significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion The PCR method to detect Salmonella was highly specific, sensitive, well repeatability operation, convenient, quick,PCR is worth popularization.
