Abstract

Human mammaglobin(hMAM),a specific protein in breast tissue,specifically expressed in breast carcinoma,metastasis lymph node,peripheral blood and bone marrow,and it was demonstrated to be a new promising marker for breast carcinoma.Moreover,it can induce immune reaction and take cytotoxic action.This article summarized the recent research development of human manmaglobin in diagnosis and treatment of breast carcinoma.
