Abstract
Human mammaglobin is a secretoglobin which highly expressed in breast cancer and possessing breast tissue specially.Mammaglobin is a good marker of breast cancer and is important in clinical.It is helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis in early breast cancer,and is used for immunotherapy and gene therapy in breast cancer.Application of mammaglobin in breast cancer treatment is a new hot spot in basic and clinical research.
