Evaluation of MRI in the Diagnosis of Seminal Vesiculitis

Abstract

Objective:To analyze retrospectively the findings and characteristics of MRI for Seminal Vesiculitis.Method:Seven patients were examined by MRI scan,1 patient of them was examined by Gd-DTPA contrast.Results:Fourting seminal vesicle(7 patients) were enlarged.Signal of Seminal Vesiculitis increased on T1WI and vesicle reduced on T2WI.Five cases of them had prostate hyperplasia.Conclusion:MRI is an important diagnosis method to Seminal Vesiculitis.
