Abstract

This paper analyzes on the new features of the reference consultation service under the network environment,expounds the types and forms of the reference consultation service,and from aspects of strengthening the self-construction,laying stress on the personnel cultivation,developing actively the users,providing the navigation service,and making the characteristic database,etc.,puts forward some measures for strengthening the reference consultation service.
