Abstract
Psychological training for athletes,one of important parts of modern sports training,combines with traditional health training,technology and tactical training,which forms the complete system of modern movement.In tennis competition,we can see the competitive state and ability that net man shows are affected by psychological factor to a large degree.The net man’s psychological energy often becomes the important condition of determining the match win or defeat.By way of studying definition,significance and importacne of psychological training,this paper purports to analyze the psychological foundation of the tennis sports psychology training,and its influence factor,which provides reference for the athlete’s psychological training.
