This experiment measure acute biological toxicity for luminescent bacteria of drinking water source,surface water and landscape water.Rely on the loss rate of luminescence,establish drinking water source's toxicity baseline for the work of rapid response surface water environment quality conditions in future emergent events lay the foundation.And study the rule of the loss rate of luminescence and acute toxicity test in different type of water.
