Abstract
China's economic development performance is wide different between the two 30 years before and after reform,on which neoclassical growth theory can't make a satisfying explanation.Following institutional economics theory,we can discover institution changing is the fundamental factor.To keep China's economy marginal increasing returns,we have to rely on institution innovation.Therefore,deepening the reform is China's first choice.
