Abstract
The currently Chinese reform and opening up is bound to cause changes in the institution,from economics in theory,the institutional changes will be interested in the economic development of a huge impact.This article introduced the factor of institution to the economic growth model,and quantified of institutional change to empirical analysis.The results show that the reform and opening up 30 years of institutional change in China has a huge role in promoting economic growth.At present,our structural reform has not been completed,there is still a large space for institutional change,institutional innovation and change is still a driving force for economic growth in a long period of time.
