Abstract
To meet the requirements of data management in ocean applications,an integrated data management platform with a layered structure is proposed to accommodate the feature of ocean data,solutions to some key problems including the sharing of ocean data,construction of ocean metadata,and the ocean data security management has been given.An implementation of the B/S based management platform for multi-dimension heterogeneous and massive ocean data has demonstrated that the method is feasible and efficient.
