An Empirical Study of Performance Dimensions of Labor Market Segmentation in Economically Developed Cities

According to some coastal city survey data from CGSS' open database,using variance analysis and regression analysis,this paper studies performance dimension of labor market segmentation in Chinese economically developed coastal cities.The results show that labor market segmentation exist at units nature,industry and occupation dimension.At occupational level,the degree of labor market segmentation is the most serious,followed by the units nature are also to a certain degree of labor market segmentation and finally,at the industry level,the lowest level of labor market segmentation,but also statistically significant.
