Abstract
The harmony of democratic policy is an important component of a harmonious society,and citizens' orderly political participation is a driving force for building a harmonious society.The article analyzes the fact that citizens' orderly political participation helps keep social political stability and develop a democratic trust-oriented society,pointing out the harm of disorderly participation and putting forward the ways to expand citizens' participation as a political guarantee for building a harmonious society.The ways are to make political participation egalized,develop the culture of rational participation and set up social intermediate organizations.
