Abstract

This paper,by analyzing the present employment situation faced by graduates of higher vocational college,comes up with some correspondent solutions to cope with it.Such as taking a positive view on the crisis,changing the traditional idea of employment,improving the model of talent instruction and perfecting the guidance organization of employment,so as to play a positive role in assisting college graduates'employment smoothly.
