Abstract
The simple conclusion of falls short of supply can not provide solutions to the grim situation the graduates from higher vocational colleges are facing in employment.This is considered to be caused by gap between demand and supply,structural problems in education as well as the present personnel system and the graduates themselves.A proper understanding of the connotation of employment,a good employment guide system and a suitable employment evaluation system are needed for successful employment of higher vocational graduates.
