Abstract
Objective: This paper further compares the immediate analgesic effect in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold with blood stasis type when retaining needling in 30 minutes among acupuncture three different groups of acupoints Shiqizhui,Sanyinjiao,Diji. Methods: 90 cases met the inclusion criteria of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into acupuncture of single Shiqizhui, single Sanyinjiao, single Diji, retain needling for 30 minutes. The VAS read values were recorded separately at times points including acupuncture, retaining needling for 5min,10 min,20 min,30 min,and then the statistical analysis was carried on.Results: Three different groups all have good immediate analgesic effect on treating primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold with blood stasis type.Acupuncture for 5 min at Shiqizhui group had significant difference after treatment(P0.05),while the Sanyinjiao group and Diji group had no significant after treatment(P0.05).Acupuncture for 10 min three groups all had obvious improvement after treatment(P0.05).Acupuncture for 20 min and 30 min, pain values of three groups were all decreased significantly, and respectively compared with before treatment, there was a very significant difference(P0.01).Acupuncture for 30 min,the Shiqizhui group and Sanyinjiao group and Diji group had statistically significant differences(P0.05),while the Sanyinjiao group and Diji group had no significant difference(P0.05).The other observation points of the three groups showed no significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncturing three different groups of single point can significantly reduce the pain of primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold with blood stasis type in clinic.Shiqizhui group is proven to have a higher pain resistance than the Sanyinjiao and Diji groups. The pain resistance result for Sanyinjiao and Diji groups shows no difference.
