Abstract
Using 21 normal maize inbred lines as male parent and 8 ALEXHO high-oil maize inbred lines as female parent,168 F1 crosses were made by NCⅡ genetic design.Combining ability of grain oil content,protein content and starch content were analyzed.The results indicated that GCA of the two kinds of parents and their SCA for most characters were significantly different except the GCA of high-oil inbred lines and the SCA for starch content.The GCA of GY220,GY246A,GY798A,P138,Xu178,8622 for oil content and GY1007,GY237A,8085tai,Shen137,Gai3,Luyuan92 for protein content were higher than others.The crosses P138×GY798A,87-1×GY246A,Xu178× GY798A and 87-1×GY220 for oil content and Luyuan92×GY1007 for protein content were higher than others.
